Help Desk is live telephone-based support for the end user. The Equal IT Help Desk provides technical desktop support for Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010 and server support for Windows Server 2003/2008 and SBS 2003/2008/2011. Third party applications will be a best-effort remediation. If the Help Desk cannot resolve the issue, it can be escalated to either your IT staff or Equal IT technicians.

Engage IT offers Help Desk services under a number of different service options:

  • Branded and unbranded
  • 24/7 (major holidays excluded) or M-F 8am-8pm AEST
  • Dedicated 1300 number
  • Integration with Autotask or Connectwise PSA
  • Receptionist / answering service only
